In compliance with applicable New York and New Jersey State regulatory authorities, COVID-19 vaccination (2 doses of either the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine or one dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine) is mandatory for all MSK employees, contingent workers, and volunteers. Exceptions are permitted for those employees who request and receive an approved medical or fully remote exemption.
*Staff working at a MSK New Jersey location must be up to date with COVID-19 vaccination, which includes having completed the primary COVID-19 vaccination series and booster once eligible as mandated by New Jersey State. All New Jersey staff not yet eligible for a booster must receive a booster within 3 weeks of becoming eligible as a condition of continued employment at MSK.
Note: Individuals are eligible to receive a COVID-19 booster five months after receiving the second dose of either the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine or two months after the J&J vaccine.
Job Description
We Are:
We are looking for a Mobile Developer with Native/Hybrid mobile development experience in iOS and Android. You will be able to design and develop from architecture to coding. The right candidate will work well in a dynamic team environment working with the business, designers, architects, other developers and QA and DevOps engineers.
You will join our Health Consumer Platform work home in 2022. Your work assignment will adjust periodically depending on Train capacity and deliverables.
You Will:
- Design and develop public facing Native/Hybrid mobile applications for iOS and Android Platform.
- You'll help maintain, transition and support hybrid mobile apps using low code like Outsystems.
- Design and develop mobile applications using tools like XCode, Visual Studio, OutSystems that will not only be used by your immediate team, but across the Enterprise.
- Collaborate in a SAFe agile team with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, System Architects, other Development Teams, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers and Users.
You Need:
- Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, React and CSS
- Understands application integration, test driven development.
- Experience with writing UI test and unit cases.
- Experience with 3rd party library integration.
- Familiarity with using Docker, Kubernetes or similar container technologies and setting up CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- Experience and familiarity with Cloud Architecture (AWS or Azure) is a plus.
- Experience with Java, Objective C, Swift is a plus.
- Experience with Cross-platform technologies like Xamarin or low code technologies is a plus
- Experience with OutSystems development or Cordova plugins is a plus for Mobile applications.
