Your day.
As a Remote Mobile Applications Supervisor, you need to know how to:
- Manage a team of mobile developers.
- Manage the mobile applications road map, product backlog and plan sprints.
- Consult with business owners as a trusted advisor to ensure roadmap is aligned with organizational strategies and plan for multi-phase project delivery.
- Think creatively to assess problem statements and devise solutions that exceed expectations. Work with the stakeholders to understand the problem behind the request.
- Seek feedback from users (including patients and consumers) to continuously innovate and improve.
- Measure success and implement improvement plans by developing, tracking and managing key metrics.
- Ensure stakeholders are kept informed of project progress.
- Create requirements documentation with a focus on user-centered design.
- Participate in software release and post-release activities, including support for product launch (e.g., developing demonstrations and/or samples) and competitive analysis for subsequent product build/release cycles. Make recommendations on design and functionality.
- Maintain enthusiasm and curiosity for new technology and keep knowledge and skills up to date. Learn new languages, frameworks and methodologies as needed.
- Participate in software product definition, including business case or gap analysis, specifications and requirements analysis. Perform feasibility and costâ“benefit analysis, develop accurate implementation timeline
- Work assigned tickets. Respond to customer requests and service tickets within established IT standards. Communicate with other IT staff as necessary to ensure effective resolution, and communicate resolution.
- Write documentation needed by users and implementation partners. Lead and participate in code reviews with other team members.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with leadership, stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Perform human resource management functions such as: interviewing, selection, orientation, education/training, feedback and performance evaluations.
Your experience.

- Bachelorâ™s degree.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience with the software development lifecycle.
- Demonstrated understanding of human centered design concepts.
- Demonstrated experience with usability testing and UX concepts.
Preferred:
- Scrum Master.
- Previous experience supporting large-scale, multiple functional systems in a complex, multi-facility, multi-state business environment.
